One of the attractive features of the Chalfont St Giles Show is the great range of stalls run by clubs, voluntary groups and local businesses. It provides a great opportunity to promote your organisation and/or to sell your wares.
Stalls are spread over both Stone and Silsden Meadow. Last year we attracted well over 6,500 visitors who enjoyed a great day out, watching first class entertainment, sampling the barbeque, hog roast and beer tent, as well as spending their money at dozens of stalls.
Stalls start at just £40. The full price list and booking terms and conditions are included in the booking form - which can be downloaded here. Note that you can't fill in the form online - you need to print it and return it to us at the contact address shown below.
The theme for this year's Show is "Down on the Farm". Please feel free to decorate both yourselves and your stall in the theme of the show this year. The Jester's Cup will be awarded during the afternoon to the most attractive and well presented stall (whether in theme or not).
Starting last year we started printed a programme which was handed out free of charge to all visitors. This included full details of all the stalls at the show. This year, we're offering the opportunity for up to 8 stall holders to place a 1/4 page advertisement in the programme. This opportunity is available on a first come first served basis. If you wish to take advantage of this opportunity, please contact Steve Pendray via our contact form or from the contact details shown below.
Q: What time is the show?
A: The show is open to the public from 11:00 am to 5.30 pm. You can start setting up from 7:00am on Show Day (3rd September 2011) and your vehicle must be removed to the nearby car park by 10:00am. You will not then be allowed to move your vehicle again until 5.30pm
Q: Where is the show held?
A: On Silsden and Stone Meadows in the heart of Chalfont St Giles near the village green.

Q: How do I apply for a stall?
A: Click here to download and complete the PDF application form and return it to us with a cheque for the full amount indicated on the application form.
The committee reserves the right to decline any application if it feels that the stall is not in keeping with the character of the show.
Payment is required in full by 1st July 2011: if all paperwork and payment have not been received by then, we reserve the right to offer your pitch to another stallholder.
